Fhezo's Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fhezo’s services, website, mobile application, or contracting with us as a healthcare facility or healthcare professional, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Company Services

Fhezo Health Solutions provides a variety of healthcare solutions including but not limited to:

  • On-demand healthcare staffing
  • Locum and travel nurse staffing
  • Workforce retention consulting
  • Health facility staffing support
  • Quality improvement in healthcare service delivery


Fhezo operates under licensing requirements in Nigeria and the United states, and complies with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A licensed healthcare provider or facility (if registering as a client)
  • A certified nurse or healthcare professional with proper licensing (if registering as a provider) Fhezo reserves the right to verify credentials before onboarding.

4. Professional Conduct

Healthcare professionals using our platform must:

  • Maintain up-to-date licenses
  • Follow all clinical practice guidelines and ethical codes
  • Adhere to local and international health laws
  • Treat all patients and clients with dignity and respect


Fhezo reserves the right to terminate any user or contract due to unprofessional conduct or breach of ethical standards.

5. User Responsibilities

Healthcare Professionals:

  • Provide accurate credentials and work history.
  • Maintain active licensure.
  • Comply with all professional and legal requirements in the country of assignment.
  • Follow workplace and Fhezo policies.


Clients (Facilities):

  • Accurately describe job roles and expectations.
  • Ensure a safe and legally compliant working environment.
  • Fulfill payment obligations in a timely manner per national health laws
  • Treat all patients and clients with dignity and respect


Fhezo reserves the right to terminate any user or contract due to unprofessional conduct or breach of ethical standards.

6. Payments and Billing

For Clients:

  • Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement or project contract.
  • Invoices must be settled within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges (as per local law).
  • Late payments may attract interest or lead to service suspension.


For Professionals:

  • Payments will be made on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on assignment terms.
  • All applicable taxes and deductions will be handled per local law (IRS in U.S.; FIRS in Nigeria).

7. Compliance and Licensing

Fhezo complies with:

  • Nigerian regulations: Including Labor Act (CAP L1, LFN 2004), NHIS, MDCN/NMCN guidelines.
  • U.S. regulations: Including but not limited to HIPAA, IRS labor classifications, OSHA standards.


All users agree to comply with their respective local, state, and national laws governing employment and healthcare delivery.

8. Data Privacy and Security

Fhezo adheres to:

  • Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023).
  • U.S. HIPAA and CCPA for U.S. residents.


We will only collect and use your personal data for operational, legal, or service-related purposes. Users agree not to misuse, copy, or share sensitive information obtained via Fhezo platforms.

9. Termination of Services

Fhezo reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate user access due to misconduct, noncompliance, or legal issues.
  • Terminate contracts with 14–30 days' notice, unless urgent due to breach or safety concern.


Users may also request termination of contracts or platform access in writing.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Fhezo is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Injury, malpractice, or damages resulting from professional-client interactions.
  • Licensing or visa issues outside our control.

11. Dispute Resolution

Nigerian Users:

Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18 LFN 2004), in Lagos or Abuja.


 US Users:

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the state of California, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by:

  • The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Nigeria-based operations
  • The laws of the State of California, United States for U.S.-based operations


13. Modifications to Terms

Fhezo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
